Privacy Policy

DoseDay is designed as a simple local tracking tool. This Privacy Policy explains how the DoseDay iOS app and website handle information.

Information You Enter in the App

The app may allow you to enter a medication label, dose label, reminder schedule, dose records, weight entries, symptom entries, and daily habit check-ins. In the current review build, this information is stored locally on your device using Apple system storage.

No Account Required

DoseDay does not require an account, login, password, or profile to use the app.

No Server Uploads in the Current App

The current app does not send your health logs to a DoseDay server. If you choose to share a summary, sharing is handled by the Apple share sheet and depends on the destination you select.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, DoseDay uses local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.

Website Data

The DoseDay website is a static informational website. Hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps for security, delivery, and operational purposes.

Third-Party Services

The current app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social tracking SDKs, or third-party health data integrations.

Data Deletion

You can clear local app data from the Settings tab in the app. You can also delete the app from your device, which removes app data according to iOS behavior.

Health and Medical Information

DoseDay is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication instructions, or dosage recommendations. Information you enter is for personal tracking and clinician discussion only.

Children

DoseDay is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through DoseDay, contact us so we can respond appropriately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
